I offer virtual, individualized mental health counseling throughout Florida for adults struggling to manage symptoms of anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, and other related disorders.

How I Treat

  • Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)

    Gradual exposure to situations that provoke obsessions in a safe space combined with resisting rituals. Our goal is not to remove distress, but to learn how to manage it without engaging in time consuming compulsions.

  • Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT)

    Evidence based alternative to ERP; aims to target the initial doubt (obsession) and dismantle OCD’s faulty reasoning process. You will learn how to shift from following OCD reasoning to reality based reasoning. Our goal is to gain trust in both your senses and your actual, true self.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

    One of the most common and effective modes of therapy that hinges on the concept that our thoughts, behaviors and emotions are linked. Our goal is to uncover negative thought patterns and learn how to adopt more helpful thinking patterns and habits.
